This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Aussie IT Crew (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides IT services to you (“you”, “the customer”).
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

Scope of Services
Aussie IT Crew provides general IT support, including:

Basic troubleshooting

Device setup and configuration
-
Software installation and help
-
Network setup and diagnostics
-
Virus/malware assistance
-
Basic repairs
-
Remote support
-
IT guidance and recommendations
Services are delivered on-site, remotely, or via phone/email, depending on the request.
Service Process
When you book a service:

You describe your issue.

We assess the problem and provide an initial estimate.

We perform the requested work to the best of our ability.

You receive an invoice after the service is completed (unless otherwise arranged).
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may still be charged for time spent, call-out fees, or diagnostic labour.
​Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing will be communicated before work begins.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Additional labour, time, or parts will be quoted before continuing.

Remote services are charged at the same rates as on-site unless otherwise stated.
Invoices may be issued electronically.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us provide the service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about the issue.

Grant access to your device(s) and accounts where required.
-
Provide a safe environment for on-site work.
-
Ensure your data is backed up (unless you request backup services).
-
Turn off alarms, provide building access, and ensure someone is present for the appointment.
You confirm that you are authorised to request service on the device(s) in question.
Data & Privacy
We do not collect personal data unless you directly provide it.
We do not keep customer databases or long-term records.
Any information you share is used only to complete the service.

Success Criteria
​A service is considered successful when one or more of the following outcomes is achieved:

The originally reported issue is resolved to a functional working state.

The cause of the issue is correctly diagnosed and identified, and the client is informed of the findings, limitations, and available options.

An alternative solution or workaround is implemented with the client’s approval.

The service is assessed based on the outcome achieved at the time of service. This clearly establishes that diagnosis itself is value and not free work.

​No Fix, No Fee Policy
​
A service is not considered unsuccessful where the issue cannot be resolved due to hardware failure, system limitations, third-party services, unsupported software, obsolete equipment, or where the client declines a recommended solution.
Liability Waiver
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

General Limitation of Liability
Aussie IT Crew is not liable for:

Data loss or corruption
-
Damage to hardware caused by age, faults, or wear and tear
-
Software issues resulting from updates, viruses, or third-party products
-
Issues arising after the service is completed
-
Loss of income, productivity, or business interruption

Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for backing up your data before any service.
If you request data backup, it is done at your own risk.

Inherent Technical Risks
You understand that some processes (e.g., OS repairs, data recovery, drive testing) involve inherent risks that may result in device failure.
​
Maximum Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a call-out or service fee.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which the service was provided.​
