Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aussie IT Crew’s services (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking or using our IT support services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Aussie IT Crew provides general IT assistance, including but not limited to:

  • Troubleshooting

  • Device setup

  • Software help

  • Basic hardware repairs

  • Network assistance

  • IT advice and guidance

Services may be provided on-site, via communication channels such as phone or email. For more information on our services see our Services page.

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to technician availability.

  • Pricing will be communicated before service begins.

  • Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional time, parts, or follow-up work may incur extra costs, which will be quoted before proceeding.

By booking a service, you agree to our Service Agreement, including our defined Success Criteria and No Fix No Fee policy.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the issue

  • Supply necessary access (passwords, unlock codes, etc.)

  • Back up your data prior to any work (unless you request backup services)

  • Ensure a safe working environment for on-site visits

Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you cancel a booking, please notify us as early as possible.

  • Refunds may be offered if no meaningful work has been performed.

  • If a technician has already attended or provided remote work, call-out or service fees may still apply.

  • A full Refund & Cancellation Policy can be provided separately on request.

Liability Waiver (Important)

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Limited Liability​

Aussie IT Crew is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Data corruption

  • Software or system failure

  • Hardware damage that occurs during or after service

  • Loss of income, business interruption, or productivity

  • Issues caused by pre-existing faults or defects

  • Problems caused by third-party software, services, providers, or updates​

Data Responsibility​

You are fully responsible for backing up your data before we begin any work.
If you request us to perform a backup, this is done at your own risk.

Inherent Repair Risk​

Some repairs carry unavoidable risks, including:

  • Hard drive or SSD failure during testing

  • Physical parts breaking due to age or prior wear

  • Software corruption when fixing critical system issues

Aussie IT Crew will take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for these risks.

Maximum Liability​

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our maximum liability is limited to:

  • The amount you paid for the service that caused the issue

This ensures fairness while protecting the business from disproportionate claims.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
We do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily submit it.
